http://www.yellowpagesgoesgreen.org/ offers a supposed opt-out mechanism for unsolicited telephone books, but I just received this same dex phone book last week after opting out in April... but hey, at least they were thoughtful enough to deliver mine in a heavy plastic bag! ugh.
