Come up with core values/mission/vision

  1. Help people explore the culture of the Spanish speaking world
  2. Respect and high levels of care for customers, employees, environment, community
  3. Make enough money to sustain the organization, donate further amounts in ways that help these core values

We can expand on number 2 to include:
A. Meritocracy in pay/promotions and honest criticism for employees/partner organizations
B. Use environmentally sensitive products/services wherever possible
C. Complete honesty with all stakeholders
D. Vacation packages for employees
E. Benefits for employees on a sliding scale - months on job determines % covered by organization (e.g. you can get coverage in month 1, but it will be 90% covered by your paycheck)
F. Months on job determines tenths of a percent of matching of 401k
