Fun things to do in Colorado

We wrote this list a few years ago and are still working on it.

• Tea at the Brown Palace
• Boulder: tea at the Russian tea house (I get it, we like tea), hike in Chautauqua Park, dinner at Mountain Sun.
• Wine tasting in Paonia (best in August or September). Check!
• Picnic at the botanic Gardens
• Train to Glenwood
• Mountain biking in Fruita
• Biking over Shrine Pass
• Visiting breweries in Fort Collins
• A crawl up or down Broadway: antiques, restaurants, bars, book stores, coffee and ice cream!
• Sailing at Grand Lake
• Dinosaur National Monument
• Having a meal at the original Chipotle. Which happens to be in our neighborhood. Which is just south of DU.
• Hut trip
• Crested Butte
• Drinks at the Grand Lake Lodge
• Black Canyon. Sights and fresh peaches.
• Dinner at the Golden Bee at the Broadmoor including a yard (or half yard) of beer.
• Rafting
• Hiking at Hanging Lake
• Trip from Silverton to Durango
