install dktools 3 preview on Ubuntu 12.04

If you need to install dktools 3-preview on Ubuntu, here are some steps I followed:

Dependencies for dktools

You probably have these installed already, but if not:

sudo apt-get install build-essential zlib zlib-devel libpng libpng-devel openssl openssl-devel db4 db4-devel db4-cxx db4-utils bzip2 bzip2-libs bzip2-devel libjpeg-turbo libjpeg-turbo-devel openjpeg openjpeg-libs openjpeg-devel libtiff libtiff-devel libtiff-tools net-snmp net-snmp-libs net-snmp-devel net-snmp-utils wxBase wxGTK wxGTK-devel

Download and install

Unzip that file (it may download as "download" so you should move it to something like dkt-3-preview-20120719).

make install

That should be it. When you're done you can look for a bmpp command in /user/local/bin
